We're continuing to explore the conversation you have with yourself, recognising that ‘self talk’ is incredibly powerful. When it comes to money, we can often carry a lot of unhelpful messages in our heads.

Today’s video and action plan will help you become aware of the messages you tell yourself about money, giving you simple but effective tools to reframe any negative thoughts into positive ones that will benefit your financial future.
