Whistleblower report

An important part of supporting legal and ethical standards in The Salvation Army Australia is enabling people to speak up about any improper, illegal, corrupt or unethical conduct by The Salvation Army Australia Territory or its personnel. The Salvation Army has a structured approach to whistleblowing.

Whistleblowing means the reporting of improper, illegal, corrupt or unethical conduct by The Salvation Army Australia Territory or its personnel.

Let us know

We encourage any current and former personnel, contractors, associates or their immediate family (including dependents) to bring any misconduct to the attention of either the Divisional Commander, Head of Department, or National Director as a first step. However, if you do not feel comfortable or safe in doing so, you can lodge a confidential and anonymous Whistleblower Report at any time to Your Call Whistleblowing Solutions, an independent third-party service.

Your anonymity will be protected if you choose to report anonymously, and all information will be treated confidentially in accordance with The Salvation Army’s whistleblowing policy, supporting and protecting anyone from potential victimisation and prejudices.
