Policy and Advocacy

Speaking out for social change.

Addressing the root causes of social injustice

The Salvation Army’s vision is: “Wherever there is hardship or injustice, Salvos will live, love and fight, alongside others, to transform Australia one life at a time with the love of Jesus.”
One of the ways we do this is by harnessing our service delivery experience to advocate for systemic change on issues of social justice. When our systems and structures are fair, they create environments where all can thrive.
