Getting assistance for Christmas while staying COVID-19 safe

The Salvation Army is committed to limiting the spread of COVID-19 while still supporting people who need help at Christmas. We have sanitising and social distancing guidelines in place to protect you when accessing our services.

Please do not enter a Salvation Army building with any flu-like symptoms, if you have been a close contact with anyone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19, or if you have been told to self-isolate.

We are happy to give you Christmas help over the phone. We offer non-face-to-face options for people who are choosing to isolate or who are unwell at the time of their appointment or Christmas hamper collection. Please contact your local Salvos for more information about our Christmas assistance programs.
