Pray for peace

The Salvation Army continues to pray for peace and healing around the world.

Our thoughts and prayers are with those in Paris and across the world who have lost love ones in the horrific terrorist attackers of 13th November.

Our prayers are with the many victims of this human tragedy and also their family and friends. Please also pray for the many support services now engaged with assisting the victims of the attacks including, relief teams, the police and medical teams and the many non-government organisations engaged in supporting the communities affected.

General André Cox, The Salvation Army's leader, has written these words to Salvationists and friends around the world.

If you are feeling fearful, anxious or overwhelmed by the attacks, we encourage you to seek support. Please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14.
