2020 Impact Report

9 September 2020

Measuring our social impact is not as simple as counting the number of meals dispensed or hours of emergency relief provided – it’s much more than that.

Therefore, since 2015, The Salvation Army has been conducting research into how we can better measure the tangible difference our programs and services make to the lives of those we serve.

The 2020 Impact Report reveals how, with your support, we are helping those in need, here and overseas, to prosper financially, socially, mentally and spiritually.
