Executive Leadership Structure

The national leadership structure is designed to support effective decision-making, collaboration, and mission delivery and consists of:

Operations Council

The Operations Council supports and advises the Chief Secretary in managing the implementation and delivery of the Board-approved strategies, compliance with all Salvation Army policies and the provision of advice and assistance to the Chief Secretary and the Trustees to enable The Salvation Army to achieve its vision. 

The Council may engage with and seek the advice and assistance of the Executive Mission Leadership Team.
