Collect for the Red Shield Appeal

Red Shield Appeal Collecting

The Red Shield Appeal is our major annual fundraising drive

Support the 2017 Red Shield Neighbourhood Appeal by volunteering as a collecter for just two or three hours and you can give hope where it's needed most.

There are a number of ways you can get involved including door to door collecting in your local community, collecting at a shopping centre, outside a Bunnings store or at a train station.

The generous support of the community is crucial to financing The Salvation Army's vast network of social and community programs. We operate over 1,000 different social services across Australia, each one designed to meet the needs of the local community.

So whether you're collecting on your own or as part of team, the Red Shield Appeal is a fun and meaningful opportunity for people to help others in our community who are struggling with homelessness, domestic violence, unemployment, family crisis and addictions.

The 2017 Red Shield Community Appeal has ended

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2017 Red Shield Appeal. Our Community Appeal has ended for this year but if you'd like to register your interest in other volunteer positions, we'd love to hear from you.
