Adelaide ConnectiviTEA - Mental Health Week

On 12 October 2015, Senior Representative Major Sue May hosted the recent ‘ConnectiviTEA’ morning tea for ADF partners at the Edinburgh RAAF Base Community Centre. The event was part of DVA's Mental Health Week in South Australia and was organised in conjunction with DCO representatives Kate Crawford (Acting Manager) and SQNLDR Ron MacGillvray (Military Liaison Officer).

Guest speakers for the morning tea included:

Jessica Rouwhorst - Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation consultant/Co-ordinator - JHU-SA (Joint Health Command SA)

Vivien Lawrence - ADF Transitions Centre Manager - Defence Support SA

Deena Saju - Mental Health Promotions Officer - JHC (Joint Health Command)

An informative and rewarding morning was had by all those who attended.
