Due to the continued lockdown in NSW, there will be no in-person gathering Sunday July 25. We would love for you to join us online as we commence our new series based on 1 Thessalonians and titled Echoes - Your lives are echoing the Master's Word.
Two of the earliest letters the Apostle Paul wrote are 1 and 2 Thessalonians. What I (Kylie) love about these letters is that Paul could have easily been writing them to us, the people at Parramatta. The Thessalonians were just ordinary people who were doing their best to live lives that echo the Master's Word, just as we are. And Paul sends this letter to encourage them and to continue teaching them the best way to live.
After advice from our divisional and national leaders, we have made the difficult decision to close our Connect Site due to the COVID-19 situation in Greater Sydney. While our site will remain closed, community members can still call the Salvo Assessment Line on 1300 371 288 and assistance will be posted directly to them. We will reopen once again as soon as it is safe enough to do so.
