No 'in person' Sunday services this week
Don't forget that there will be no live services this weekend as we are out in the community collecting for the Red Shield Appeal. We invite you to watch a short online service any time from 9:30am celebrating our Red Shield Appeal and remembering Reconciliation Week.

Red Shield Appeal
Thanks to all our collectors who have been out on static points this week! We have covered all collection spots! If you are free during the day on Sunday and would like to do some Door Knocking in Parramatta, please contact Kylie at kylie.collinson@salvationarmy.org.au

Bank West RSA Collecting

Thank you to all those who have offered to be part of the collecting and promotional team at Bank West Stadium on Friday night; we are really looking forward to it and are grateful to be given the opportunity to collect there as our brass band and timbrels play!

Just a couple of quick reminders for volunteers:

• Please arrive at the hall by 6.30pm for a quick briefing and to get your name tag and collection container.
• We have the red Salvation Army 'bibs' or 'aprons' for you to wear over the top of your normal clothes. These are very easy for the public to identify so please feel to wear casual clothes rather than a uniform.
• There will be parking available at the hall, but it is limited as we are opening the carpark to the paying public. There will be parks available in the loading dock but if you can please park in the street or carpool as much as possible that would be appreciated.

Ladies Fellowship
Each week Ladies Fellowship meets at Parramatta Salvos. This group provides a place for women to gather together, build friendships, give support and care, encourage learning and share the love of Christ with each other. 10am-11:30am Wednesdays on Level 1 at Parramatta Salvos. 

This Wednesday June 2 we will be led by Pamela Freeman.

Flourish - Women's Event
We invite women of all ages to register for our first 'FLOURISH' women's gathering coming up NEXT SATURDAY at 6pm. We will be sharing dinner and dessert for $10 at 426 Church Street, Parramatta. Register at: https://parramattasalvos.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/638954

English Conversation Groups
We are very excited to let everyone that our English Conversation Groups will resume on Monday 7 June at 10am at Parramatta Salvos. These groups are open to all adults, so feel free to come along or invite a friend! Groups will run weekly on Mondays at 426 Church Street.

We also need volunteers to help facilitate the groups! If you can help out each week (or on a roster fortnightly or monthly) please get in touch with Ian Martin at ian_kathie1@bigpond.com

We can't wait for this ministry to resume at Parramatta Salvos and we are grateful to Ian Martin who has volunteered to coordinate the groups and volunteers.
