Holistic care that's all about you. Carpenter Court Aged Care Centre offers 24-hour permanent residential care, palliative care, behavioural and mental health support and respite (short-term) care. We also offer eligible residents NDIS services with in-house NDIS support coordination and staff.
We focus on person-centred care and promote a culture of choice and diversity. Your individuality is important and we can arrange personalised programs as you may need. This aims to ensure you can maintain a sense of familiarity and your quality of life.
Our staff and Chaplain go beyond the clinical to cater for your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
24-hour care from our dedicated and professional staff
Each staff member has undergone reference and security checks to ensure they are fully qualified, experienced and are passionate about working in the aged care sector. Our staff undergo ongoing training to ensure they are up to speed with the latest processes and knowledge. Emotional intelligence and sensitivity to diversity are other key factors that we take into consideration when recruiting staff.
Homely, fully-furnished rooms
Our rooms have been designed for residents’ comfort, security and sense of belonging. We offer a range of single rooms with private and shared bathrooms; however, all rooms have their own vanity for that extra bit of privacy. You can also enjoy sunny, external views.
Other features include:
This is your home - you are most welcome to bring in your own favourite items (photos, mementos and accessories) to dress the room to your own taste and preferences. *

Meals are cooked daily onsite by a qualified chef in consultation with the dietitian. The menu is regularly rotated to promote choice and take advantage of what is in season. Each meal has a selection of high protein, vegetarian and modified options. We also cater for special dietary and cultural requirements.
Nutrition programs can also be organised as required.
Exercise and wellbeing programs
We take fun quite seriously! The Centre has a dedicated Lifestyle team that organises daily activities based on the suggestions of residents via resident meetings, including regular outings, animal and music therapy, regular visiting entertainers, celebrations, games, gardening, collaborations and community projects with volunteer groups and many more.
We offer:
Visiting health specialists
Scheduled visits from the local GP and other Allied Health services as needed, including occupational therapy, optometrist, speech therapist and physiotherapist.
Spiritual and chaplaincy services
We have a holistic model of care. The Centre Chaplains play an important role in bringing this to life. We also have a chapel onsite. Whatever your beliefs, our Chaplains are here to assist in your spiritual and emotional journey, if you wish - because we don't have clients, only family.
