Seaforth Gardens Aged Care Centre is home to a close-knit community of residents and staff, who are like family. Our homely, single-storey residence has vast landscaped gardens with a water feature and courtyards, and hillside views. We are only a 5-minute drive to the local town centre, hospital and amenities. There is also a bus stop right outside the Centre.
We recognise the importance of family and friends and encourage them to be an active part of our community.
