To access the weekly giving Recording System, here is the link:
https://plannedgiving.salvationarmy.org.au/
When you go to the web page, you will be taken to the log in page where you will add your user name and password as per your email. Once in, please change your password in accordance with directions in your email.
When you've had the Recording System open for a while you may get a message telling you that you've been TIMED OUT. This is a security aspect.
If this happens the solution is simple. Just log out and close down the browser completely and then reopen. Recommend that you copy and paste the address (above) so that it's fresh. This will resolve the problem.
For any Corps Officer or person authorised by the CO to have access to the system in order to do data entry you'll need to complete this form.

We’re wish to announce a significant enhancement to our giving reporting system! As part of the Territory's commitment to efficiency and security, we are transitioning to a new platform that will transform how we record and track planned and actual member contributions.
Why the Change?
The platform behind our current system, Planned Giving Recording System (PGRS) application platform is no longer supported so it is unable to keep up with changes in the internet based application environment. To continue to safeguard member data, improve recording and reporting and ensure a smooth experience, we’re upgrading to a more robust solution.
What to Expect:
Smooth Transition: The new system is planned to commence from the third quarter of this year with the intention that all corps will have transitioned by the end of the year. Our team has carefully designed the implementation process to minimize disruptions.
Preparation Matters: During this transition period, we encourage you to perform essential recording tasks. i.e. an up-to-date Family Unit list and no outstanding giving records. This will ensure you have accurate records when the new system goes live.
Ongoing Support: Generous Culture & Mission Support teams are here to assist you every step of the way. If you have questions or need guidance, don’t hesitate to reach out (email generous.culture@salvationarmy.org.au first).
Action Steps:
Review Your Data: Take advantage of this time to keep your data up to date and keep them there to avoid unnecessary duplication of work across the old and new system.
Stay Informed: Watch for further communications regarding training sessions and support resources.
Collaborate: Share your feedback and insights with us. Your input is invaluable as we fine-tune the system.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a smooth transition. Together, we’ll continue to strengthen our Corps community.
