Pastor Robert Morris from Gateway Church in Dallas has writen some great books, namely "The Blessed Life" and "The Blessed Church" plus others.  He is known for teaching about giving....all the time.  Giving through all parts of our lives.  There is a great series which you can view on his church's website.  Please check these out.  If you are wanting to preach more effectively or just be encouraged yourself, check this out.
