Scripture Study

Listed below for your convenience, are several Scriptures that touch on the theme of calling and responding to God. We encourage you before you begin reading to ask the Holy Spirit to highlight one or two verses to you. Then, prayerfully reflect on the verse, being guided by the Holy Spirit, and ask, "What might God be saying to me".

So Bezalel, Oholiab and every skilled person to whom the Lord has given skill and ability to know how to carry out all the work of constructing the sanctuary are to do the work just as the Lord has commanded.”

I Kings 19:11-12 The Lord said, “Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the Lord, for the Lord is about to pass by.” Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper.

The king appointed for them a daily ration from the king’s choice food and from the wine which he drank, and appointed that they should be educated three years, at the end of which they were to enter the king’s personal service. Now among them from the sons of Judah were Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah.

Psa 19:1-4 (TPT) God’s splendour is a tale that is told, His testament is written in the stars. Space itself speaks His story every day. Through the marvels of the heavens. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
