Now Open Ministry Role: Cowra Corps

We encourage you to consider this exciting opportunity to be part of a growing Salvation Army in beautiful central west NSW. This role, based in Cowra, covers the wonderful TSA ministry in Cowra and Grenfell.

Situated on the banks of the Lachlan River with almost 10,000 inhabitants Cowra is 4 hours south-west by road from Sydney (310 km) and 2 hours 15 minutes north-west of Canberra. Grenfell, a town of around 2,000 residents is 40 minutes from Cowra (56kms)

The corps in Cowra is growing through its small groups (Discipleship Huddles). They have been responsible for doubling the number of people intentionally seeking spiritual growth that impacts their everyday life.

An excellent Family Store in Cowra is a ministry hub and financially strongly supports the corps. There is a smaller Family Store in Grenfell. One manager looks after both stores.

The Central West TSA Area includes mission expression leaders from Orange, Bathurst, Forbes, Parkes and Cowra.
