Take Time To Connect This Christmas

1 December 2014

The Salvation Army Ryde invites you, your family and friends to join us as we celebrate Christmas this year! Christmas is a time when we connect with those we love, but it can also be a time where we feel disconnected and alone. No matter how you feel this Christmas, we want you to know that there are ways you can connect and feel part of something bigger than yourself.

This Christmas, we hope you find ways to take the time you need to really connect with others, the things you care about, the world around you and the Christmas story itself – Jesus, the Son of God, being born in Bethlehem all those years ago.

Check out all the opportunities below that you have to connect with us this Christmas:

Christmas Day Church Service

47 Ivanhoe Place, Macquarie Park (No 47)

You are invited to join with us on Christmas Day as we celebrate the true reason for the season, the birth of Jesus Christ - "The Word of God became flesh and blood and moved into the neighbourhood. We saw the glory with our own eyes, the one-of-a-kind glory, like Father, like Son, generous inside and out, true from start to finish.". Enjoy morning tea, live worship and a word to renew your spirit as we reflect on how Jesus is 'Emmanuel', God with us, and the difference this makes in our lives and world.
