Economic and social challenges of the past few years means many Aussies are facing increased financial stress — especially those already in the midst of hardship and crisis.
As a result, The Salvation Army has also experienced a sharp increase in demand for its services, and we anticipate that need to persist over this Christmas.
But we need your help.

Help provide Christmas meals for someone in need. For every $10 raised, another plate is filled. You will also receive a free host kit!
Fundraise for Christmas Hope
Create an online fundraising page and collect gifts that bring hope — from your family, friends and colleagues this Christmas.

Choose a toy online or let us select one for you. You can filter by category, age, or price range before purchasing.
Donate to the Christmas Appeal
Many Aussie families might not have a good Christmas this year. Your donation will help keep Christmas alive for a struggling family.

Volunteering is a great way you can support those in need this Christmas, and we would love your help.
There are many ways to volunteer — from helping vulnerable families celebrate Christmas in their own home with a festive meal and presents for the kids, to packing hampers, sorting donated toys, helping out with a community meal or Christmas event in the lead up to or on Christmas Day.

Your school can make a big difference and give hope to Australians doing it tough this festive season.
