Both have served in various leadership positions over the years and Bernie also spent 18 years working with The Salvation Army’s Bridge Program — a ministry supporting those recovering from addiction.
They are passionate about living life with Jesus and encouraging others to walk closely with Him. Outside of ministry, they love travelling to new places and adventures. Together they have four wonderful children.

The Eastlakes Salvos relies on the dedication of volunteers to help us serve our community, especially those experiencing hardship. Many of our church members are actively involved in different areas of ministry in our church, using their God given gifts and talents. All give their time voluntarily and willingly and are committed to our common purpose of “saving souls, growing saints and serving suffering humanity.”
