If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you. We want to see you get back on your feet.
Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity. We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.
Financial support
For all-year financial support, call us and a team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.
When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection between Monday and Wednesday 9am–2pm.
Salvos Pantry
Tuesdays 11am–1pm

We have groceries and fresh food items available to help you stretch your budget further.
Come along if you need support with everyday basics.
Financial counselling
The Salvation Army’s free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies or you may like to explore our free eBook. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.

Christmas support
Available from mid-October.
This time of joy and celebration can be stressful and isolating if finances are tight. We may be able to support you with food, toys, gifts, vouchers and more.
