Do you have a used vehicle in your driveway you no longer want? Would you like it to be removed quickly and easily?
Slattery Auctions in partnership with The Salvation Army, will put your vehicle up for auction. The proceeds from the sale will then go towards teaching young people experiencing adversity, how to drive. We accept donated vehicles, vans, motorbikes, trucks, buses, tractors, boats on trailers, and more.
Donate your vehicle to Slattery and the proceeds of the sale will go directly to The Salvation Army’s Drive for Life program.
The Drive for Life program welcomes partnership with corporate groups who share our vision and passion for young people achieving their driving licence and achieving their life goals.
Funding from corporate partners supports the ongoing sustainability and future growth of our program. Funds go directly towards program operating costs and increase the number of young people who achieve their driving licence.
The Drive for Life program encourages employees of corporate partners to volunteer in the program. By volunteering in our program, employees of corporate groups have an opportunity to directly impact the lives of young people in a real and meaningful way through the delivery of on road driving supervision.
We ask for a 6 to 12 month volunteering commitment and more details are available in the volunteering section of this website.
Drive for Life welcomes partnership with philanthropic groups who share our vision and passion for young people achieving their driving licence and achieving their life goals.
We thank the private donors and philanthropic foundations who currently give to our program and make our program possible. We truly value your partnership and look forward to working with you in the coming years.
Drive for Life programs work alongside community organisations to meet the needs of their immediate community. For example, partnerships with local Aboriginal community, LGBTIQA+, Disability, and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse organisations.
We believe partnerships are necessary to meet the holistic needs of young people in the community they live.
