When should I use the quicklinks block?

• Quicklinks is a sticky block that sits on the right hand side of the browser window.
• Quicklinks can be used with anchor links to help guide users to important page sections, or to different pages as an alternate pathway than what is offered by the primary navigation (utility or horizontal)
• Only 2-4 items should be used in quicklink blocks.
