CitySalvos Cafe

Our café has taken on a few different formats over the past decade but relaunched in its current form in February 2022.

While many of our visitors are Doorways clients waiting for morning appointments or seeking assistance, the café is open to everyone — Tuesday to Friday, 9:00–11:00am. It’s lovingly staffed by volunteers from our church community.

The café aims to be a welcoming and friendly space where people can enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee, a warm smile, and a friendly chat. You’ll often find music playing and light reading material on the tables, highlighting the work of The Salvation Army.

The café also opens on Sundays before our church service for those arriving early for worship.
