Overview
The Listening Project is the formal process of lived experience research for the Youth & Young Adults Ministry team. The Listening Project aims to hear and empower the voices of young people. To do this, we consider young people’s lived experience for all our resources, including PLP, Life Labs, and Valere.
The Listening Project is ongoing and has included two research studies:

In 2024, we aim to research the lived experience of local youth ministry leaders in the Salvation Army.
