It is a training and development platform to grow healthy, competent leaders, thriving teams, and vibrant youth ministries. Videos on the Equip Leadership Academy are delivered in various engaging styles and with content from subject matter experts.
Videos are designed and usedf or personal development, group training, or searching for quick answers or advice. New videos are added to theAcademy fortnightly, including access to questions and resources to help you go deeper and the opportunity to connect and share with a community of peers. We believe this is a fantastic one-stop-shop for anyone engaged in youth ministry and leadership development, whether an employee,volunteer or officer and delivers relevant content for all levels of experience.
