Your one-stop connection point. The hub brings together a range of local services and support networks in one welcoming space. The hub is a place where everyone is invited to connect, share a meal and access practical support.
Whether you’re seeking advice, assistance, or simply a friendly conversation, you’ll find representatives from Services Australia, the Department of Communities and Justice, Anglicare and many other community organisations.

Struggling to pay your electricity or gas bill due to a sudden expense or drop in income? You may be eligible for help through the NSW Government’s Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA) program — that provides electronic vouchers sent directly to your energy provider to reduce your bill.
Our friendly team can help you through the process — from contacting your provider to checking if you're eligible.
Criteria are set by the government and depend on your situation and account details.

Surry Hills
We offer 20 secure lockers for people experiencing homelessness to safely store their belongings. Each locker fits about two suitcases and comes with a padlock and key.
Only the person named in the locker agreement can access it during opening hours. Lockers must be accessed at least twice a week, and storing food, alcohol, or drugs is not allowed.
Full terms are available at reception.
Due to high demand, lockers may not always be available.

You’ll learn practical skills in a supportive space, build confidence and use your strengths to face life’s challenges.
