Exploring Leadership

At NextLEVEL, we equip people with the tools and insight to be successful leaders, while also exploring, calling upon and strengthening their Christian values. We call this ‘transformational learning’, because it goes beyond the mind and includes the spirit. When the two are combined, the sphere of influence is truly incredible.

By helping people to develop as leaders, we believe we are also helping the wider community, and this is what makes our mission so rewarding. Our modules cover many facets of leadership, from team-building and communication skills to planning for change, growing in confidence and dealing with people of different personality types. Our training and tools provide you with new skills, a better understanding of your gifts, deepened faith and heightened passion to pursue your calling or vocation.

We are pleased to offer you this one-day NextLEVEL Leadership conference where delegates will complete ‘Confidence’, the fourth of the eight ‘Landmarks of Leadership’ modules. All modules are stand-alone and can be completed in any order.

‘Confidence’ explores the personal, theological and global factors and forces that begin at birth and influence some women to struggle with low confidence in leadership. Juxtaposed against this reality are the incredibly powerful reasons why God’s Genesis picture of men and women partnering together is so important. In fact, when leadership is redefined as men and women serving according to their gifts, in environments where polarities are managed such that each can thrive, a new reality begins to emerge.

This module encourages an understanding of courage and confidence and what undermines it, enabling participants to think more objectively about their own confidence. Participants complete a DISC personality profile, explore their personal strengths and passions, and are encouraged to practice interdependence with others through mentoring and coaching relationships.
