Positive Lifestyle Program

The Positive Lifestyle Program is a one on one course delivered over 8 week that helps people develop better self-awareness and learn new coping skills for life’s journey. This can be a truly life changing course for those willing to do their best and spend the time.

There are 8 session workbooks to complete over 8 weeks, and a weekly one on one meeting to discuss important aspects and answer your questions.

Topics are:

  • Self-awareness,
  • Anger,
  • Depression and Loneliness,
  • Stress,
  • Grief and Loss,
  • Assertiveness,
  • Self-esteem
  • Future Directions.

Each session will help to make you better version of yourself.
