At the Salvos, we believe in good for all, and we love people partnering with us to spread a message of good in the community. Good means walking alongside people in need, transforming lives and spreading a message of hope for the future.

Volunteering with The Salvation Army is a great way to make friends, gain experience and give back to the community. We’d love to welcome you to our team of volunteers!

Attend a volunteering information session

Come and learn about our organisation and our mission in Rockingham. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about volunteering with us.

Sessions run on the first Friday of every month at 10–11am.

Application process

Once you have attended a volunteering information session, we will guide you through the following steps.
After the Fit2Work Police Clearance is returned, we will be able to assign you to a role, and once you start volunteering, we will continue to support you.
