The Youth Bus provides safe transport for young people aged between 5–18 years during the hours they can be most vulnerable. On a limited capacity, we also provide mentoring and referrals to help young people build better relationships and make improved choices.

This case management program focuses on supporting young people aged between 15–19 years to develop independent living skills. Together with their case manager, they develop a care plan outlining goals, particularly in education, training, and employment. Referrals can be made by external agencies, family members, or the young person directly.

The STAY program is a case management program supporting young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders aged between 10–19 years.
It helps encourage young people to stay connected to school, family, culture, and community. The program also supports young people involved with child protection and youth justice. Referrals can be made by external agencies, family members, or the young person directly.
