Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity. We can also help with referrals to other support services including case management support, financial support, or employment services.
Please call us on 02 8775 7988 — Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm. Your needs will be assessed, and you'll be connected to the nearest Salvation Army centre.
If you have been directed to get your assistance from our Parramatta site, we are open Monday and Friday, 9.30am to 1pm.
Every week, a dedicated team of volunteers comes together to serve their community at the Parramatta Salvos Market Day.

Our cafe space is open to the public every weekday for a drink, a snack and to spend time connecting with others.
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays our volunteer baristas are onsite making free coffee.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you’re welcome to make yourself a tea or coffee.

The Salvation Army’s free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances.
We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies or you may like to explore our free eBook. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.
We have Moneycare Financial Counselers on-site with us in Parramatta. They can provide personalised advice on how to get through your money problems, and avoid trouble in the future. Importantly, our service is free and confidential.
