You’ll build confidence using essential business software and digital tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, ensuring you are prepared to work efficiently and effectively in a modern business environment.

This qualification prepares learners for a variety of business and administrative roles. Students will develop the skills needed to perform routine office, clerical, and administrative tasks while using technology effectively. The course helps learners build practical skills and apply knowledge with confidence, judgement, and initiative. Where applicable, students may have the opportunity to undertake work placement to develop and apply their practice skills in real-world settings.

There are no formal academic entry requirements for this course.

However, all learners are required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment administered by Oasis Youth Services before commencing training. This helps ensure that you receive the right support to succeed in your studies.

BSB30120 Certificate III in Business includes a mix of core and elective units that help you build a strong foundation for work in business and office environments.

To complete this qualification, you will need to successfully complete 13 units of competency, made up of 6 core units and 7 elective units.
