The course helps learners build skills in assessing client needs, supporting individuals and groups, managing caseloads, and delivering community programs. You will also develop essential professional qualities including effective communication, cultural awareness, resilience, and ethical practice.
This course is suitable for anyone who wants to make a positive impact in their community. You will gain the knowledge and practical experience to work across areas such as youth services, mental health, disability, domestic and family violence, alcohol and drugs support, multicultural services, and other community programs. Where applicable, students may have the opportunity to undertake work placement to develop and apply their practice skills in real-world settings.

We understand that learning looks different for everyone, so we take a student-centred approach to training. We offer flexible support, wrap-around services, and a community that walks alongside each learner as they work toward their goals.
