The Salvation Army Welcomes Announcement of Royal Commission Terms of Reference

The Salvation Army welcomes the Prime Minister’s announcement of the Terms of Reference for the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, and the naming of the appointed Commissioners.

The Salvation Army, which is committed to providing the safest possible environment for children under our care, will fully cooperate with the Royal Commission. We also look forward to receiving the recommendations of the Royal Commission in due course.
