The Family Place
Supporting young families
The Family Place primarily supports families with children aged 0–5 years old who are in their early development years. That being said, we are also open to older family members, especially during school holidays!

Free play for children
We have a large fully fenced yard with shady trees and play equipment, including forts, swings, sandpits, and water play areas. There are even resident chickens!
Inside, we have an air-conditioned play space with lots of toys and books for children to explore.
Kids playgroups
From Monday to Wednesday, young children can enjoy our Music and Moment Programs and Sensory Messy Play sessions.
Parents and their babies aged 0–12 months can join our Baby and Me programs.
School holiday programs
We run school holiday programs featuring activities like sports, games, cooking, and arts and crafts for children to learn and enjoy.

Programs for parents
To support parents in the Logan community, we offer parenting skills programs such as Circle of Security, 123 Magic and Bringing up Great Kids. We also run a Young Parents mentoring program for those seeking guidance and connection.
Partners and services
We can connect you with services such as psychology and counselling, Allied Health services such as occupational therapy and speech therapy, and pre-employment support for parents.
