If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you. Depending on your situation the assistance line is available for support.

We can help with referrals to other support services in the Logan area as well as our addiction rehabilitation centres.

When you phone, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection at Logan Central on Thursday between 10am and 12pm.

Employment Plus

Employment Plus is one of Australia’s largest employment service providers.

Their Inclusive Employment Australia program operates out of Logan Salvos during the week.

EPlus Local, which helps you find paid work while waiting for your visa, is available once a week.

No Interest Loan Scheme

No Interest Loans (NILS) are a smart loan option to help you manage your money — and afford essentials such as furniture, get your car back on the road, pay for education fees or equipment, or cover goods and services needed for your wellbeing.

We are fortunate to have a NILS Loan Officer visit Logan Salvos on a fortnightly basis. Meetings are by appointment only.

Christmas Cheer

Christmas can be challenging, stressful and isolating if finances are tight.

If you are unsure if there’s enough food for Christmas, or don’t know how you will be able to afford presents for your kids — get in touch with us from mid-November and we will outline the process for our local Christmas Cheer support.

The Salvation Army’s free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies or you may like to explore our free eBook. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.
