Counselling sessions can explore various aspects of a participant’s life & feelings, talking about them freely and openly in a way that is rarely possible with friends and family.

Positive Lifestyle Program


The Positive Lifestyle Program is a series of one-to- one sessions which run over a ten week period, addressing topics such as; self-awareness, depression, loneliness, grief and loss, self-esteem, stress / anxiety, anger, problem solving, goal setting and relationships.

Emergency Relief

A helping hand for those in need

Mission centres are frontline providers for Emergency Relief services across Australia.

Funded by The Salvation Army with government contributions, The Salvation Army assists people who are in financial crisis with direct material aid.


Time:    Wednesday & Friday 10am - 4pm

Case Worker

Intensive advocacy for individuals and families

A Case Worker provides specialised assistance to individuals & families who frequently access Emergency Relief for Financial & Material Assistance.

This may take the form of short or long term case management, information, support, training & advocacy, to help find more sustainable solutions & provide opportunities to move towards economic self sufficiency.
