Loving God and others

The Salvation Army Kingston City is a place for everyone.

Kingston City Salvos began in 1996 when Clayton, Oakleigh and Springvale Salvos merged.

Under the leadership of Majors Colin and Marilyn Medling, Captains Alan and Jan Meredith and Lieutenant Sandy Fernee, our first meetings were held at Springvale and Clayton. In 2002, we moved to Dingley Village where we have been ever since.

Our church is a welcoming space where you are invited to be yourself and find a place to belong. We meet each Sunday to worship God together in community and have a range of activities to encourage connection and friendship.

We invite you to start or continue your faith journey with us.

Volunteering is a great way to demonstrate the love of Jesus and make a very real difference in our world. There are many opportunities to serve and support such as with your finances, talents, time and networks.
