Pentecost Sunday 31st May 2020

When: Online Sunday 31 May from 9.30am AEST

Where: On the Others_au Facebook page. Anyone can tune into the service on this public Facebook page, even without a Facebook profile. If you have trouble accessing Facebook, you can also watch the service on Youtube here.

Speakers include Commissioner Robert Donaldson, who is to give the welcome and Acknowledgment of Country, and Secretary for Mission Lieut-Colonel Lyn Edge, who is to introduce the theme of the celebration and address Pentecost and reconciliation.

Pray It Forward starts this Sunday

Major Barry Casey, Secretary for Spiritual Life Development, will also introduce the Pray it Forward initiative during the service. Our ‘Pray it Forward’ movement invites Salvation Army expressions to engage organically with a new theme every week, all based on the scripture John 15.

The initiative launches this Pentecost Sunday on 31 May and will run until Sunday 21 June.
