When you call the Salvos Phone Assistance Line, expect a compassionate conversation about your situation so we can best decide how to support you. This may involve you coming to see us for a voucher or other support.

Card collection
During your call with the Salvos Phone Assistance Line, if help is provided, you can choose to collect that assistance from our ‘Third Space’ from Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm.
Case worker services
If you are experiencing on-going issues with budgeting or paying bills, then you can ask to access our on-site case worker who is ready to work alongside you to find long-term, lasting solutions.

We can help with financial assistance.
