Our ‘Third Space’ is a great space to come and find peace, and offers a wide range of services ready to assist you. Whether you need somewhere quiet to have a hot drink, something to eat or a friendly ear to listen to you, our team is ready to help.

We offer cheese toasties together with tea and coffee throughout the day.

Our shower facilities are available on request. We provide basic head and body soap and towels. Simply ask one of our team members, who will be happy to help.

If our team cannot help you directly, they are able to refer you to both The Salvation Army and other services that can best provide for your needs.

While we partner with the Orange Sky laundry van on Sunday afternoon, we also have limited laundry facilities that we can offer depending on availability.

Share your good news of your week and journey with those doing it tough. This three-course meal is a great way to develop new friendships and deepen existing ones.
This meal is provided with our partner — Orange Sky — whose laundry van is onsite during dinner (for the community to access).

This course is designed to enhance participants’ self-awareness, and to enable them to gain a better understanding of their personal life strengths, especially when faced with life’s difficulties.
It's specifically helpful for people who have lowered self-esteem, or who struggle with issues around anger, grief and loss.
The Positive Lifestyle Program is a safe journey in exploring and evaluating your own personal experiences and skills.
