We believe everyone can experience the kind of life that Jesus died to bring us — one of fullness, joy and hope. Gungahlin Salvos is a church full of people who enjoy pursuing God, worshipping in community and living life with others.

Your officers are Captains Jodie and Matthew Sutcliffe
As parents of four, they’re passionate about teaching children about Jesus from an early age and seeing all generations gather to worship God. They work with a team to lead activities, preaching, and community support at the Corps, meeting every Sunday and various times throughout the week. We would love for you to join us.
Sunday worship: 10.30am
Address: 104 The Valley Avenue, Gungahlin

Sunday, 9.15am — church office

Come before the worship meeting, ready to hear from God and to lift up prayers on behalf of his people.

Our worship ensemble meets for practice to rehearse contemporary worship songs used in the 10.30am church service.
Tuesday, 7pm — Rusty Tone brass band
Our brass band ‘Rusty Tone’ meets for practice at the church hall. All are welcome.

Sunday, 9.15am — at the church
School term only
We invite you to join our GROW Bible study. Held before the worship meeting, this is a relaxed, fun way to learn more about God’s Word.

Sunday, 10.30am
Kids’ Church from 11am
We believe it is good to do life with others, so we encourage you to arrive at 10am to allow time to grab a coffee and have a chat. Our worship style is contemporary, and our preaching aims to inspire and challenge you in your spiritual journey.
Children enjoy some of the service with the adults and then, during the school term, head out for a fun and engaging time in Kids’ Church.

Tuesday, 7.45pm
Each term, we dive deep into a subject or book of the Bible using the Know Your Bible (KYB) program. Discussions centre around the biblical history, cultural meanings and application for everyday life.
This is a great time of exploring the Bible with friends over a cup of tea.

Wednesday, 10am — school term only
Cost: $5
Preschool-aged children and their parents or carers are invited to a morning of play, singing, craft, morning tea and socialising.
This is a great way to entertain the kids, build special memories with them and introduce young children to Jesus.
No bookings required.
