Salvos Food Market
Our Food Market in Goulburn is a small supermarket like store, run by The Salvation Army and our team of volunteers. It offers essential food items that are sourced from a variety of suppliers, at low, afforadable prices.
Our Food Market is designed to assist people on Government benefits (Centrelink), pensioners or low income.
If you dont fit these categories but are experiencing financial hardship, please ask to speak to a worker for an eligibility assessment.
HOW IT WORKS
A membership application must be completed with basic information and contact details. Centrelink/Health care Card and photo proof of ID must be sighted. A membership card will then be issued, and needs to be shown each time you use the Food Market.
The Food Market can only provide basic essentials and food products will vary depending on availability.
