Colac Area Health

The HARP (Hospital Admission Risk Program) Team out of Colac Area Health, do incredible work out of their spaces in Colac Area Health's facilities BUT they venturing out and coming to the Centre to be with Community at the Salvos. 

Going along to a hospital can be a daunting task, but at our Centre, many feel at home, so the HARP Team come along throughout the week to just be with those at our Centre and make their amazing services available to all at the Centre. 

So, if you coming along for a meal or to get some help with Material Aid, keep an eye out, you may get to have a great chat with one of the HARP Team about how your health can get to a place you are happy with and stay there.
