Worship Team

Tuesday, Sunday

The worship team aims to bring a modern sound to church; assisting in facilitating worship during our Sunday morning service.  The ensemble - consisting of vocalists, bass and guitar, percussion and piano - is a valued part of our music ministries.

The team is open to anyone regularly attending Camberwell Salvos.

Rehearsal: Tuesdays / 7pm - 8.15pm

Worship Contribution: Sundays / 10am - 11.15am

Womens Cooking Classes

Monday mornings [over 6-weeks]

A free, 6-week basic cooking class for women of all ages. Develop your nutrition, shopping and cooking knowledge. Come and enjoy a chat, a laugh, learn and lunch.

Small Groups

Meet with others from our church community to develop new friendships and explore faith together. A variety of intergenerational connect groups meet throughout the week.

Saturday mornings [Quarterly]

An opportunity for gents connected to Camberwell Salvos and their mates to come together for a morning of faith, food and fellowship.

Registrations essential. A small cost applies per person for catering.

Community Meal

Friday, Sunday

A free community lunch from our premises on Friday from 12.00noon to 1.00pm (except public holidays), and again on Sunday from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.

Whether you're on your own or have kids - you're welcome for a delicious meal and plenty of conversation.

 

Camberwell Soul Choir

Tuesday

No matter what age you are or what language you speak, singing offers opportunities to learn, grow and express who you are.

Come and enjoy singing a range of gospel and popular hit songs. No singing experience necessary - everyone welcome.

Rehearsal: Tuesdays / 2.30pm to 4pm
