What can we do?

Doorways Caseworkers are there to walk alongside you and suport you to gain the skills to tackle the complex needs in your life.

Through creating your individual case plan, Case Workers help you find a path to overcome difficulties and put realistic steps in place to help you reach your goals.

Case work includes connecting you with services that are best for your individual situation, as well as:

supporting you to achieve goals
advocacy, information and appropriate referrals within The Salvation Army and community services network
help with budgeting, payment plans for bills and financial counselling referrals (Moneycare)
support in finding housing services and counselling.

Appointments available Monday, Tuesday & Friday between 8.30 am - 2.30 pm or by arrangement.
