Sessions incorporate short prayers and Scriptures designed to inspire and uplift participants.
Singing By Heart Australia is a free, community-based resource hosted at Brunswick Salvation Army, tailored specifically for Australians living with dementia, their carers, and families. Drawing inspiration from the highly successful UK program, we’re proud to offer this inclusive and meaningful experience right here in our community.
