We have two businesses that exist to make a positive impact, with profits supporting our work in the community.
Salvos Re-Cycle Bikes
80 Glenrosa Road, Red Hill
At our bike workshop, we can repair and maintain your bike for a fee — and have a large supply of secondhand spare parts.
We also repair old bikes for resale in the local Salvos Stores.
Our staff are qualified bike mechanics and guarantee satisfaction with the work carried out.
This initiative was launched in 2019 and all profits support our work in the community.
Streetlevel Coffee Van
Our coffee van is used to support our community by:
- Providing people in times of crisis like floods and storms with delicious coffee
- Connecting with people who are doing it tough over a quality brew
- Providing training and employment opportunities for Streetlevel Salvos members
- Raising funds for Streetlevel Salvos.
You can book the van for an event! We have two price structures:
- Booking fee: $40, then $150 per hour thereafter
- Booking fee: $40, then people buy their own coffee at $4 per cup
