As a Care Service Employee (also known as a Carer, Care Worker, Support Worker, Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Assistant or Residential Care Worker), you will play an important part in the daily operations of our aged care centres. Your work will be guided by our person-centered care model, allowing residents to live their most fulfilling lives.
You will build strong, positive relationships with residents and be responsible for the delivery of personal care and assistance to meet their individual needs. The role is to deliver homely and loving environments by providing care with compassion, respect, integrity and dignity.
